Leadership.
The leadership in position at For Christ to be as Overseers (1 Timothy 3:1), Shepards/Pastors (1 Peter 5:2), Teachers (1 Timothy 5:17) and Elders (1 Peter 5:1) as under-shepards to Jesus Christ who is the head of the Church Body (Colossians 1:18). Holding to the Biblical standards of qualification for Eldership (Titus 1, 1 Timothy) ALL leadership is held to these standards and held accountable to each other equally, not believing one Pastor/Elder is “lead” or above another. Currently we are building the Elder group trusting is God’s timing to provide those individuals called to serve this ministry. During this process our Elders in position have a temporary group of Elders in place to assist with building the Elder group and giving Biblical accountability and encouragement.
